Our recruitment processes and procedures comply with all relevant UK & EU employment legislation and our clients can be assured of a professional and efficient service that is consistent across our network of offices.
We know the right people
Over the last 30 years we have created an extensive global database of technical professionals and every day our recruiting teams are using the latest tools available to them to ensure our in-house database is current and exclusive. We also use a number of other candidate attraction methods such as social media and industry specific job boards. Our consultants are regularly attending industry events and participating at relevant exhibitions. By far our most effective and largest contributor to our database is candidate and client referrals, which is testament to the service we provide and ensures that we attract the best people.
We can provide security cleared personnel
We are able to provide SC and DV cleared professionals for permanent and contract roles on secure projects. We have our own security controller to check clearances and we can initiate the processes for our clients. We are also members of DISA. Find out more information about security clearance.
