Aviation Assessment days
We want to give you the best chance of success in your career as a pilot. In order to help you understand yourself, your strengths and any potential weaknesses better, we offer comprehensive ADAPT Assessment Days.
The day consists of a range of elements that will assess your personality, skills, motivation and overall trainability. At the end of the day, our team of experts will give you a debrief on your performance and offer some advice and mentoring. Our team has many years’ experience in the aviation, selection & assessment, training and human factors industries. You will be encouraged to ask any questions you may have at this stage.
After the session you will receive a comprehensive, bespoke report on your performance and suitability for the pilot training pipeline. It is important to go in to selection for flight training academies with an awareness of your own character, your strengths and areas for improvement.
The ADAPT report is industry recognised and it will give potential flight training academies insight into your trainability, learning styles, skill potential, personality and motivation.
Places are limited so make sure you book early by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +44 (0) 1905 368 175.
