Nikki Heath, Director of Resource Group’s Symbiotic Performance Solutions division has been invited to join the panel at the EASA Annual Safety Conference: ‘Training in Aviation: Staying Fit for Safety’ on the topic of ‘New Training Methods and Tools’.
The conference will take place in Luxembourg on the 14th and 15th of October. This annual event addresses a different safety topic each year and in 2015 topics include training, pilot competency, inspector competency, new training methods and training technologies.
Nikki has been invited to join the panel due to her extensive experience designing and developing innovative and effective tools for human performance in the workplace, including training and assessment solutions. She will bring a collaborative approach to the panel thanks to her work within Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology and Sports Psychology.
Nikki said: “I am pleased to be invited to join what promises to be an interesting and informative discussion opportunity and look forward to meeting many of my colleagues in industry. The event should be insightful for all concerned since the advancement of new training methods and tools is vital to the progression of the industry.”
The EU Commissioner for Transport, Ms Violeta Bulc will open the event and a series of panel discussions will proceed. The panels allow all attendees the opportunity to discuss and debate industry issues with a broad spectrum of panel members and their peers.
