Resource Group is pleased to announce the launch of a new, modular Airside Safety training course to complement their existing online training portfolio. The course will support our clients in meeting the Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 in which the aerodrome operator is to establish and implement a training programme for personnel involved in the operation, maintenance and management of an aerodrome.

Resource Group’s Aviation Technical Training division (LRTT Ltd) is pleased to congratulate apprentice Aaron Duckworth for winning bronze for aircraft engineering at the Worldskills UK competition in Birmingham. After passing the regional and national heats, Aaron performed various tasks over the three day final. His success has earned him a place on ‘Squad UK’ to compete against more than 1000 of the most talented apprentices in the world, in Abu Dhabi, 2017.

Our Aviation Technical Training division is happy to announce a new award scheme for its maintenance apprentices. The scheme will reward those who work hard and are exemplary students on the 24 month course.
On Thursday 12th March Resource Group, as a key partner in the new aviation maintenance training academy, took part in a steel signing of the building framework at the RJ Mitchell Training Academy, Humberside Airport.
On the 20th February, two ex-RAF aircraft will be flown into the RJ Mitchell Aircraft Maintenance Academy at Humberside, to complement the three BAE Systems Hawk trainers being used as part of Resource Group’s training contract to train the next generation of BAE Systems’ aircraft maintenance technicians.
