Apprenticeship Standard for Aircraft Maintenance Fitter/Technician (Fixed and Rotary wing)

The UK government initiative for Apprenticeship schemes has expanded learning paths beyond traditional University qualifications and allows for alternative funding methods to be utilised. Employers can now apply their levy funds to our industry aligned EASA Part-66 Apprenticeship Standard programme and take full advantage of the training opportunity.

OUR PROGRAMMES

We offer Level 3 and Level 4 Apprenticeship programmes, comprising of theoretical, workshop and on-aircraft practical training within our state-of-the-art facilities. This is complemented by a period of on-the-job training with experienced licensed aircraft engineers at each employer’s operational base.

Our apprentices and trainees work towards a globally recognised industry qualification to equip them for maintaining aircraft. Our apprentices can expect to achieve an EASA Part-66, Category A licence along with a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma and Extended NVQ qualification in Aircraft Maintenance after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Recruitment services are available to support employers in sourcing the perfect candidates with the potential to become future engineers.
