Resource Group Spain has participated as a speaker by the Chilean consulting firm KWORD, providing a realistic and updated vision of how the aviation market is at an international level with a special focus on the LATAM region.
It has shared its vision of the market as an HR agency dedicated exclusively to the aviation sector, with the aim of helping its pilots who have been affected by the crisis in the global aviation market.
More than 60 pilots participated in the session, the majority summoned by the Chilean pilot unions.
Resource Group has tried to dispel doubts by mitigating the uncertainty regarding the future of aviation in that region.
