Resource Group successful with reapplication to remain on the Register of Apprentice Training Providers (RoATP).

The ESFA have announced that LRTT’s application to remain on the RoATP has been successful.

Apprentice Centre Manager, Petar Kacarevic commented “This is fantastic news and demonstrates our continuing commitment to providing high quality Apprenticeship programmes within the aviation sector”. “It also showcases the continuing success of LRTT as a registered training provider and the confidence external organisations have in our delivery of Apprenticeship programmes under the levy”.

Training providers and employers alike were asked last year to reapply in order to remain on the Register of Apprentice Training Providers. The reapplication process was introduced by the ESFA in a bid to remove employers and providers who fell short of delivery standards. Our success on the RoATP adds to a history of successful inspection outcomes including ESFA and Ofsted monitoring visits.

Resource Group’s Training Solutions Apprenticeship Director comments:

The team did a great job in passing the revised application/reapplication, which is more detailed, demanding and robust. We embrace the more stringent process, as – ‘raising the bar’ – ensures better provision for Apprentices. It also allows us to ensure we remain focussed on our provision, not resting on our laurels, before the next round of inspections.”

Resource Group’s Training Solutions Managing Director comments:

‘’Working as LRTT does in the highly regulated and safety critical aviation industry, we are required at all times to adopt the highest of standards. The re-accreditation to the RoATP is another measure of those standards that I am delighted to say we have passed with flying colours. It is vital that companies receiving ESFA funding are robust and meticulous in the programmes they deliver to the ultimate benefit of the Apprentice, their employer and to UK PLC overall’’.
