On behalf of our client we are searching for an experienced Aviation Lead Auditor for their EASA Part-145 approved maintenance organisation based in Germany.

Our long standing client is responsible for all helicopter maintenance needs, from scheduled maintenance to repairs and modifications. One of our client’s key success factors is its in-house maintenance of its own helicopter fleet.

Responsibilities:

•Preparation, conduction and documentation of audits in the areas flight operations, ground operations, CAMO, Part-145, ISO 9001
•Conduction of supplier audits in Germany and abroad
•Conduction of client audits
•Follow-up of audit complaints
•Responsible for controlling the relevant legal requirements, procedures, interfaces of internal standards, especially with regards to the elements of the Safety Management System (SMS)
•Continuously support, maintain and improve the Quality Management System
•Contact with authorities and co-ordination with the LBA auditors within set guidelines
•Support the development of yearly audit plans
•Assistant development and maintenance of relevant documentation, manuals and procedures
•Support the specialist departments with departmental and company overlapping optimisation and problem solving

Requirement:

•Studies of aviation technology or pilot training (CPL or ATPL) and/or B1 or B2 personnel
•Audit training (aviation preferred)
•At least 2 years of auditing experience
•Experience in the areas flight operations and/or maintenance and/or airworthiness
•Experience in Flight Security and Quality Management
•Good skills of air legislation in commercial aviation (e.g. 965/2012; 1321/2014; 748/2012) ideally in the helicopter area
•Knowledge of ISO 9001
•Good IT skills (MS Office, Q-Pulse, Gannet, Fleetplan)
•Good English skills
•Analytical skills
•Very good oral and written power of expression and representation
•Willingness to travel
