Our training facility in Kemble are currently seeking an LMS Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
As an LMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure a streamlined functionality of the LMS for our clients, students, and employees.
Trouble-shoot, facilitate and fix basic LMS errors.
Analyse the use of the LMS and courses on the LMS to improve learning design, development, and sales.
Ensure all courses are reviewed and updated periodically through the management of an LMS Course Update Schedule, keeping schedules up-to-date and informing leads/managers of due dates.
Administer face-to-face training, online learning events and new student cohort enrolment.
Liaise proactively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
1 to 5 years’ experience in a similar industry or role.
LMS experience desirable.
