Resource Group are looking for SALES EXECUTIVE to join their team based in Kemble, Gloucestershire on a permanent basis.
ATT (LRTT Ltd) is a UK leading Part-147 approved training organisation, with approvals to deliver aviation maintenance training for multiple licence categories. These approvals allow us to deliver EASA Part-66 training at our facilities in Gloucestershire and Humberside (UK), as well as providing deployable training services worldwide.
As a SALES EXECUTIVE you will be responsible for bringing on new business and developing pro-active sales initiatives designed to meet and where possible exceed agreed new business targets. You will also represent Resource Group at trade exhibitions, events and capability demonstrations.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mail.
Identifying key decision makers within target clients; contacting and developing relationships with these individuals in the most appropriate manner; investigating current supplier relationships and opportunities for Resource Group to replace or complement.
Identify and develop key market targets, new customers and new business with existing customers.
Be comfortable in selling a technical product and service.
Pro-active sales processing, including but not limited to:
Establishing prices against clear cost modelling
Creating proposals and other response documents as required
Cold calling to prospective for new clients
Liason with Resource Group Operations to develop appropriate solution
Significant sales experience in an outward, customer facing role.
Cold call experience
Willing to travel and visit clients
Previous use of CRM system
Experience in Aviation would be desirable
