We are currently seeking an ATT Sales Executive to join our sales team on a permanent basis in Kemble.
As an ATT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the sales of specific services in the Aviation Technical Training (ATT) business.
Securing new business from new clients
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and email
Identifying key decision makers within target clients, contacting and developing relationships with these individuals in the most appropriate manner; investigating current supplier relationships and opportunities for Resource Group to replace or complement
Developing pro-active sales initiatives designed to meet and, if possible, exceed agreed new business sales targets
Representing Resource Group at trade exhibitions, events and capability demonstrations
Significant sales experience in an outward, customer-facing role
New business acquisition experience
Cold call experience
Familiarisation with CRM systems
