About Vacancy

On behalf of our reputable VIP client based in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced SENIOR CHARTER SALES CONSULTANT to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a SENIOR CHARTER SALES CONSULTANT you will have experience in a similar position and be proactive in a sales environment with the ability to encourage and mentor the team in their KPI activities.

Responsibilities:

managing all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight
organising and planning on behalf of the team, including implementing changes
managing and developing of own key accounts
promoting our VIP client charter flights and other complimentary services
responding to inbound charter enquiries and assessing of client requirements
support and work as part of a team to reach individual & team targets

Requirements:

relevant qualification in Commercial or Tourism
at least 3yrs experience in a similar position in the Aviation industry
must speak fluent French & English
already have the right to live and work in the EU

Benefits:

25 days per year holiday
40hrs a week (shift patterns run between 06h30 – 00h00)
good commission structure
