About Vacancy

On behalf of our client we are searching for an experienced Aviation Station Manager for their EASA Part-145 approved maintenance organisation based in Germany. Our long standing client is responsible for all helicopter maintenance needs, from scheduled maintenance to repairs and modifications. One of our client’s key success factors is its in-house maintenance of its own helicopter fleet.


Monitoring faults and identifying trends, generating reports of incidents to the Maintenance Manager and Quality Manager for feedback to the relevant OEMs
Planning of maintenance, together with the Maintenance Manager, for all aircrafts within his/her area
Deputy of the Maintenance Manager
Responsibility for all maintenance works of the line maintenance category on all line stations of the company of responsibility, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance measures
Ensuring that all maintenance work is carried in accordance with the approved maintenance programmes, operating procedures and policies while maintaining product safety and quality
Responding to and coordination of AOG’s
Ensuring the observance of the requirements of the Safety Management System
Rectification of quality findings in the area of his/her responsibility
Implementation and observation of maintenance procedures and practices together with the head of maintenance
Supporting the engineers in their daily work


Technical studies, ideally in Aviation
Substantial line and base maintenance experience
Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRO software
Natural leadership skills
Good planning skills and the ability to manage several topics at the same time
EASA Part-66 Licence Cat. B1.3 and Cat. C
Good English and ideally also good German language skills
